New Canter gives Taranaki businessman an impressive return

New Plymouth businessman Robert Dowman has won himself a $52,990 top-of-the-line Mitsubishi Triton ute in Fuso Trucks’ four-month “Buy a Truck, Win a Triton” promotion.

He bought a new Canter from Fuso’s Taranaki dealer WR Phillips in March, and got the keys to his brand new Triton GLS 4WD when the promotion ended on 1 July.

“I’d forgotten I’d entered,” he said. “I was looking at a Triton earlier in the year, so I’m stoked.”

Robert says his investment in his new Canter is already paying him back. “I drive it myself 99% of the time and I’m really happy with it,” he said. “Good gear is important for doing good business and the Canter looks great, it’s a pleasure to drive and the service we get from the WR Phillips team is excellent.”
