Free service parts for New Zealand's favourite light-duty truck

New Zealand's most popular light-duty truck will be cheaper to run from July when Fuso launches the Canter - We Promise - service parts promotion.

Any Canter purchased between July and the end of 2010 will, for the first 200,000 km or 24 months of its working life, receive a selection of scheduled service parts valued at over $4,000.

"Canter held a market-leading 37% share in the 3,501 - 7,500 kg light-duty truck segment during the most difficult market conditions I've ever seen," said Fuso sales manager Roger White. "That tells us that consumers value the quality and reliability of our product and the benefit that has on their business.

"Our parts promise will provide 20 free oil filters and sump gaskets, ten fuel filters, five air filters and 36 axle seals at scheduled services in the first two years or 200,000 km of each Canter's operation.

"Service consumables are just a bottom line cost of doing business; this deal will reduce that ongoing cost for Canter customers," he said.
